Go out in your car. Home without driving.

You book a time. A background-checked driver comes to you and drives you in your own car wherever you are going, with unlimited stops. At the end they drive you home, or for an airport trip they drop you off and drive your car back home.

You do not need an app. You text the concierge the way you would text an assistant: where you are going and when. It keeps your cars and addresses on file, so you only give them once.
